EXCHANGE POLICY
Merchandise is accepted for store credit or exchange in the U.S., but only if returned in saleable condition within 30 days of the original purchase date, accompanied by a sales/gift receipt, and original package in our retail stores in the U.S. The original purchase receipt must be included for all returns.
Online purchase returns must be made within 30 days of delivery to any LFX store in NY or by using the prepaid return shipping label sent to you, the return shipping cost is by the customer.
Please follow these instructions exactly to return merchandise by mail; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return, and LFX will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.
1. Request a Return & Pre-Paid Shipping Label
Please send us an email at fifthavenue@lfxjewelry.com to request a Return and a pre-paid shipping label. The shipping cost is by the customer.
2. Package Your Merchandise
The merchandise returned must be received in sellable condition with double boxes. Enclose the merchandise and the printed original receipt, the packing slip, original packaging, and any certificate.
3. Ship Your Package Using the Prepaid Return Shipping Label
LFX recommends you use the prepaid return shipping label sent to you. If you choose to use an alternative shipping method, LFX will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if the package is lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled.
4. Processing Your Return / Exchange
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for return or exchange, your store credit in the form of gift card will be emailed to you immediately.
